大堂很氣派，房間維護的不太好，感覺有些老舊了。我住了三個晚上，2211 那個房間的空調聲音大的要命，無論怎麼調節風速，都那麼大聲音。上傳了帶聲音的視頻可以聽下，就像是有吹風筒在你耳邊響，太吵了。不知道其他房間是不是也一樣。景觀還可以，對面可以看到新加坡。夜景也好看的，有冰箱洗衣機很友好。洗手盆太淺了，洗臉時候水都會流到地上。等電梯時看向窗外，樓層窗戶好臟，很久沒有擦過了。樓下的摩託車有些吵。

Book a stay here for 3D2N. Attended by an unfriendly and unapproachable staff name Shukor. Shukor didnt greet & acknowledge us when we approach upon checking in. Enquires was not answered prior to our question, instead he was busy listening to his colleague conversation with other customer. Zero customer service. During check out, he was the only staff at the counter. He did not even say thank you when i returned the cards back. Apart from that, their pool is closed though they told that they can bring us to another building which i find it would be a hassle. Should have bring it up on the website to let the customer know. It would be a great stay if the first touch would have given a good approach/greetings. It will always start from checking in part to potray how excellent the hotel is. Frontline staff must always have a basic courtesy by acknowledging your customers with greetings.

Stayed here several times. This is my 1st occurrence with infested ants in the room crawling, and dusty room. The door latch is as good as non-functional as it does not "catch the latch" at all. Location is good for a vacation who wants to stay away from the main town. There are few good korean/jap food eateries within 2mins drive. There are 4 EVs charging wall plug (type 2).

Hotel - Breakfast is decent but could use more variety. - Harbour area is scenic but lacks nearby eateries (plan meals ahead). **Highly recommended** for families or couples seeking a **clean, comfortable, and well-serviced stay**. They do not have connecting rooms so you will need to book 1xbigger room size if you are going with family instead of 2 rooms. The maintenance team, guest service or housekeeping are quite prompt and fast in response. We enjoyed the pool as it was clean and good size. The hard rock cafe is worth a visit and we had korean bbq nearby for dinner too.

Welcomed by staff who speaks relatively good English :) was informed that we were entitled to free parking and there are 2 or 3 lots available for EV charging! We booked the 2 bedroom apt and stayed for 1 night. It was really comfortable for my family of 5. My younger kids who are 6 and 11 y.o slept in the room with 2 single beds and my eldest prefers to sleep in the living room's sofa which was really comfortable! Though the hotel was not able to provide extra blanket, they were very kind to offer extra bedsheets. The apt was fully equipped with bathroom amenities, kitchen utensil, nespresso, bottle water, separate washer and dryer with detergent powder too! The floor wasnt very clean and felt dusty but we do not have much complains since we only stayed for 1 night. There is nothing to shop within walking distance, so we drove to the nearest mall, Sunway Bigbox which was about 5mins drive away. Overall, very happy with the stay because of the very good room rate and product.
